Telehealth with Indigo Urgent Care
Virtual urgent care visits are available 8 am to 8 pm every day. Whether you’re at home, work, campus, or on the go, you’ll get the same trusted, high-quality care from our board-certified clinicians, just like in our clinics.
Skin conditions
From mystery rashes, stubborn acne, ringworm, or other skin infections, we can recommend treatment for your skin complaint or refer you to a dermatologist.
Urinary tract infections
If you are having urinary symptoms and are concerned you have a UTI, we can discuss your symptoms, order urine testing, and prescribe medications if needed.
Strep throat
We can assess your scratchy and painful sore throat to see if it might be strep throat. If strep is suspected, you can visit one of our clinics for a rapid test throat swab.
Cold and flu
When respiratory gunk, body aches, and other unpleasant symptoms get the best of you, we can assess your symptoms and provide a treatment plan.
Allergies
From seasonal sneezes to food-induced hives, we can assess your symptoms and recommend treatment to help control your mild to moderate allergies.
Anxiety and depression
We offer screenings for anxiety and depression for adults 18 and older and can help you determine the best type of mental health treatment.
Headaches and migraines
If you suffer from frequent headaches or migraines, we can evaluate your symptoms and get you quick relief and back to your normal daily activities.
Prescription refills
Can’t get in to see your primary care provider for a refill on meds? We can get you refills on your medications when you need them quickly.

Indigo accepts most insurance for our virtual urgent care services. Your insurance will be verified upon booking your appointment.
Consult your insurance carrier for specific questions on coverage. You can also talk with your concierge about pricing at the time of your appointment.
Virtual urgent care visits are available 8 am to 8 pm every day.
Virtual urgent care appointments typically take 10-25 minutes.
Our providers can see you for most minor illnesses, minor injuries, and prescription refills. If an in-person exam or lab test is needed, we can coordinate a nearby visit without another clinician visit or wait.
Indigo Urgent Care is licensed to provide virtual care (telehealth) services in Washington and Idaho.
